LACK OF MENUS AND TOOLBARS IN WORD

J

John Lightning

HELP!

Despite reinstalling the entire 2 disc Office 2000 small
business edition, I still cannot get Word to open up with
any menus or toolbars giving me almost no flexibility and
making the program rather useless. All attempts to find or
bring up toolbars at the top of the page have failed.

It has been suggested to me that perhaps the registry
somehow got changed. Anyone with any idea of how to
rectify this problem? Thanks kindly.

Toolbars are stored in NORMAL.DOT

Delete this file and start Word. A new copy will be made
up. This should help.
