lag/lead

How do i show lag/lead on printout? i have 4 story bldg, completed schedule
for 1st floor and need to copy to 2-4th. I copied entire schedule to floors
then had to cut /past a lot of items in the 1st floor. but now i need to
redo the lag/lead to what i originally had. Anyone know how to show it on
print out rather than keep going back and looking at each individual row?
thanks

Well, without knowing anything about your table structure, all I can
suggest is that some sort of Append query will do the job for you.

Access tables don't have "storys" or "schedules".

If you're storing a lot of the same data for the first floor as
redundant, second copies of the same information on the second floor,
your tables may not be properly normalized. Care to describe them?
