landscape and portrait printing

Hi all

I have produced a large document that consists of both
portrait and landscape pages. However, I want each page
to contain a footer so when the document is bound in
portrait-style, all the footers will be at the bottom of
the document. In other words, the footers that are
created on the landscape pages need to be on the 'side of
the page'??

Hope this makes sense?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi

Thanks for your reply. However, I am still struggling to
get it to work?? I have the necessary section breaks in
etc., that's not a problem, but still can't get the
footers to work as I want them to? If I have read the
link properly, you have to print the portrait pages,
together with the 'blank' landscape pages and then re-
print the landscape pages??? Isn't there an easier way???

Sorry to be a pain.

Thanks.

That is just one solution (often the easiest), but it is possible to put the
portrait footers in a text box or frame and print in one pass. Did you read
the entire article?
