Receiving e-mails where context has very long (16" +) sentences.

Can I change print format from an inbox e-mail. Using Microsoft Outlook with
Yahoo.

Help? Boss does not like these and they cannot be printed for our files.

<sigh> time to educate the boss....why print emails for FILING? keeping them
electronically is FAR FAR superior to any paper-based filing system......
