I am trying to replicate a dashboard report in landscape format within
Access. The detailed measures (1.a.1...1.a.2...etc.) including some details
(incl. YTD sum of results) are on the left. Measures roll up to CMCAs
(1.a...1.b... etc.) which come next when moving right. CMCAs need to sum
particular values from the underlying measures. Finally, there are DOFPs (no
number scheme) which are a roll up of CMCAs. No mathmatical data is
displayed for the DOFPs, just a title. Each measure is assigned to a CMCA
and each CMCA is assigned a DOFP when built. How do I go about building this
report in Access where the data graduates from detailed (measures) to higher
level (DOFP) as you move from left to right?
I've tried subreports but have gotten no where, my measures do not appear
under their correct CMCA. It appears they are relating via the measure
number and the CMCA number. Removing the fields from the Measures (child)
report does not fix the issue.
