landscape tables & page headers

I am using word 2000

In my document i have few landscape tables(wider tables). I don't know how to rotate the entire table. So i change that page layout to landscape. Now the table fits in, but when i print, my headers are in lefthand side position or on top side of the tables. i want my headers and footers to follow the same position as previous pages, only my table should be in landscape mode or in rotated position

Please suggest me how to do this.
