When I try to switch from portrait to landscape, nothing
at all happens. It is as if the computer doesn't see my
pointer. A couple of times when I persisted by trying
right clicks to see what would happen, an error message
came up telling me the computer had to shot down, and it
went into the save mode to save my current file (which
had nothing in it as I had not been abvle to put it into
landscape.)
The only exptra insight I have is that about two weeks
ago I downloaded several updates from the microsoft
website. My computer immediately started coming on with
a welcome screen requiring me to choose the user,
something I had never had to do before. Last Friday,
trying to figure that out, I discovered that I had an
unknown user ("ASP.NET") on my machine. I removed him.
Help!
