Language Bar left on desktop after Office is unistalled

I've noticed that the Language bar, if left displayed on
the desktop, will not be removed when Office is
uninstalled. Nor can the bar be closed either from the
bar's settings or from the "Regional and Language Options"
control panel. Any ideas how the language bar can be
uninstalled with Office? Is this an issue for anylone
else?

To disable the language bar rightclick on an empty part
of your taskbar and deselect tool bars-> language bar
