Language bar no show

I installed office xp again to get the language bar but it still didn't show
up. I tried custom installing and fully installing office xp.

Options | Input Locales | Text Services | Language Bar?

I have a similar problem. My user has 2 keyboard languages installed, and
most of the time the language icon appears next to the system tray. However,
3 times in the last couple of weeks the language icon has disappeared.
Rebooting brings back the icon, but htis isn't really a viable solution.

Any ideas?
