It is impossible to change the default setting language in a new Word
document's normal.dot form. When trying to change the default from "Anglais
(Canada)" to "French (Canada)", it remains at "anglais". All you can do is to
write your document and then change the language. Still the default will
remain "anglais", which is not useful... just try erasing the document you
have just chaged to "français" and you'll see "anglais" appear again on the
status line!.
This should definitely be changed.
