Language pack

Hi, looking for help with an Outlook 2002 problem. Not
always but quite often when someone clicks on an E-mail
from me (in outlook) they are prompted to install a
language pack to read my letter. From what I have found
out through MS's knowledge base is that it has something
to do with a Registry issue. I'm not about to mess with
that!  Any help would be most appreciated.

What is the KB article number?
You can always ask someone else to to it when it is the only solution if you
are not comfortable editing the registry yourself.

Are your regional/keyboard settings all OK?
There is clearly something wrong somewhere, as you seem to have picked up
one of those funny codes in your posting, i.e. &#61514.
