Language Problem(sc)

Using Office 2002 version upgrade from 2000 in OS XP Pro environment. When I
access the Microsoft online templates links in Word and Excel they default in
Japanese. I have checked all the language configurations and all is set to
English. Also reinstalled software and the links still defaults to Japanese!!

Is there a solution. Thank you
