Language problem with Office XP-SP3

I've install a MS Office XP-SP3.
It's process run in Thai language and after installing complete.
I have try to change a language for menu bar in every office program by use
a language change menu but it does not work. It's still be Thai language
menu.

- I already change my regional setting to English.
- My OS is Microsoft XP-SP2

How can I fix this problem? Help me please.

Office XP comes in about 40 localized language versions. You apparently
have a Thai localized language version of Office XP. You cannot change
the language of the menus. To get English menus, you have to install an
English localized language version of Office XP.
