could anyone help me find a way to re-install Outlook in English.
My Office 2007 is in French and I would like to have Outlook in English
Do I need to download it again from Microsoft??

You mean you downloaded the trial?
You need to decide on the language when buying Outlook as the CD/DVD only
contains 1 language.

If you bought a certain languages and you want to change it to a different
language then you need to contact Microsoft directly. Certain license types
allow you to use the license with different languages as well. In most cases
you'll then only need to pay for the new CD/DVD and shipping and there is no
need to buy a new license.
