Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set the language settings in a current document from
english to spanish. I've tried several things on my desktop machine.
First, I went to Tools, Language, and selected Spanish (Modern) and selected
okay. This is what I did on my laptop and I was able to do my spanish
homework but that didn't work on my desktop machine.
Second, I tried using the office language program tool located under
Start, Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Office
2003 Language Settings. Here, I selected spanish and selected okay. But
when I start a new document -- I'm word is still using English as a default.
I even deleted english from that language settings program and nothing.
Finally, I switched the language settings in the control panel -- now I
have spanish everywhere else but not in MS Office 2003. I don't know what
else to try and am frustrated. Any ideas on how I configure my desktop -- is
there something simple I'm overlooking?
My desktop is running on the 2000 professional platform.
Sincerely,
Robert
