LANGUAGE TOOLBAR WON'T GO AWAY!!!

I just installed Office 2003 Pro on my home PC, and the Language Toolbar keeps appearing in my taskbar. I right click the task bar, and go in and disable it. But it keeps reappearing everytime I start my system! Does anyone have any ideas how to keep the Language Toobar from coming up????

If you find a shortcut to the Language Toobar in Windows' Startup
folder, remove it.

To disable the Language Bar in the Taskbar:
1) Right-click on the Language bar icon
2) Select "Settings" from the popup menu
3) Click on the "Language Bar" button at the lower-left
4) Uncheck any references to the Language Bar in "Language Bar Settings"
page
5) Click on "Ok"
6) If it appears in the list of installed services, select "Speech
Recognition"
7) Click on the "Remove" button
8) If it appears in the list of installed services, select "Hand-writing
recognition"
9) Click on the "Remove" button
10) Click on "Apply"
11) Click on "Ok"

Thank you. I did steps 1-5 but left the components
installed, in case I ever have use for them in the future.
