Language translation

According to the help screen, you can do the following:

To look up a word in the document, select the word, point to Language on the
Tools menu, and then click Dictionary.

OK, but "dictionary" is not an option in Tools/Language. The only options
are Thesaurus, set language and Hyphenation.

Does anybody know where MS hid the option?
