Translation screentip not working

My Translation screen tip used to work before. However in thelast fe
days it seems to stop working. I can see that i have selected th
required language in the 'Translation Screen Tip' in the Proofin
section for the 'Review' Tab. Also the dictionary is present i can ge
the translation after i right click on a word an click translate
