Language translator for Word 8.0

I would like to know if there is a way that I can add a language
translator to Word 8.0? I would like to keep in touch with a japanese
friend and want a way to have my written english translated into
japanese.

Have you tried saving in text format and using av.com to do the conversion.
This is the alta vista search engine also known as av.com that does lang
conversion.
