If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

simply change the coding to korean or japanese... "view>coding>plus..." or
to unicode... but then ur friends willhave to open the email in the same
coding to be able to read it. if they cant read it, they'llhave to try every
encoding cuz sometimes it's kinda screwed up... but normally it works. (i
know cuz i do it myself...^^)
