How do I perminently set the languade in Word 2003 to English Canada.
Everytime I set the language and open a new page it defaults back to US
English.

This happens with my Outlook as well.

Please help me so I don't through Office in the garbage like I have most of
my other programs that default to US english.

Is this a Full Retail\Trial\Standard\Student version of Office 2003 that you are using?

Yes it is a full retail purchased program of the entire office 2003 suite.
Outlook, Work, Frontpage, Powerpoint, Access, Excell, etc.
