lap top quit working install office

Hello, my laptop quit working and I would like to install my office xp (not
oem)
on it but when I go to install it, it says it's already installed on 2
computers, and
won't let me install it, I can't uninstall on the laptop that quit working,
how
can I get to install on my new laptop.

any suggestions would be great.. thanks
