Laptop keeps grabbing someone else's wireless network

My user's office is right across the street from the public library and her
laptop keeps grabbing that network instead of ours. I've tried moving their
network down on the list and put ours on top, but it still happens. Any
suggestions?

Because there is no newsgroup for wireless networks, I just stayed at the top
of the tree on "Office", which I know doesn't really apply.

Try the Windows / windows xp / networking (if you have xp)
there is a vista/networking , too
