We are on dsl and receive a lots of artist renderings jpg
attachements. About twice a week we will receive an email
through Outlook that will lock up my computer(samething
happens to my partner) in the receiving mode. Everything
slows down to a crawl and if we close Outlook and re-open
it asks us if we want to start in safe mode. After an
hour or so, the problem just disappears. My web and email
server says that the size of our attachments(+ or - 2 MB)
is not causing a problem with them. They tell me it is
Outlook. Any suggestions? thanks
