large font size in recieve mails

Sometimes in my outlook 2003 recieved mails are shown in large fonts which is
not the case with the same mails in other systems with the same version of
outlook.
Is there any configuration which i have missed????????????

Are you using Word to read the messages? Perhaps your zoom factor is misset.
