Large Message "stuck" in Outbox

I have a 13MB message that won't leave my outbox. Been there for days.
I can't 'delete' it.
Any ideas on how to get it out of there?

Asked and answered so many times. Google is your friend.

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.

Go into your Outbox. Open the email. Close it. Then try to delete it. If

reboot your modem/router

Go into your Outbox. Open the email. Close it. Then try to delete it. If
