LARGER POINT FONTS

I have a large format printer and need to print above 72pt. How can I
increase pt size?

Highlight the pt size and type in another number. I know there's an upper
limit but it's pretty gosh-darned big so as long as you aren't talking about
making a sign for the side of a supertanker, you should be okay.

You can manually type in the point size. Highlight the number and input your desired
point size.

I tried that earlier and the upper limit is 72 pt. Manually entering any pt
size larger than 72 word defaults back to 72. Also 72 doesn't appear as
large as I assumed it would be.

I can enter much larger.
It can be anything from 1 point to 1,238 points in half point
increments.

Which font are you using? It could have an upper limit. (?)

Hit Enter after you type in the font size. If you type in the font size and
then click on the size drop-down and then click elsewhere, yeah, it will
default back to 72 (or back to the font size you most recently typed in). So
type in the font size and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

Thank you I will try that.

Tahoma. but apparently I need to hit enter key after I type in a larger point
size so it won't default back to a size I had entered previously. Haven't
tired this yet...will let you know if successful.
thaks for all your input.

What font did you use? I want to print a number that is 10 inches high to
make a stencil. How?

After nearly 3 years???
I don't recall what font I used. Experiment with whatever you want.
I don't use "inches" but Times New Roman in 1050 point looks close.

Whatever font you choose, type the font size in the font size box on the
toolbar, then press Enter or Tab so it "takes."
