Late update (new Formula)

Dear,
I have a slightly small issue for my EPM Small-Scale SP2a where when i
create a formula in MS Project custom e.g 10*2 the result of the custom field
will be 20 definatelly.But when i change this formula to 10*3 the custom
field keeps the previous formula for around 1 hour until the second formula
works what i mean it gives me 20 for 1 hour then 30 !!! Can you help me
please !!!!

PWA displays get updated when a publishing operation completes. Does it
typically take an hour to publish a plan on your system?

it does not take an hour to update the plan only a modified formula ! which
take 1 houre

From what you're willing to share, the behavior seems to be in the range of
normal.
