I have an issue here with Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003.
Whenever an appointment is scheduled with another user, it takes about 15 minutes before that user ever sees an appointment on their calender. Also, the appointment does not make the user show as "busy" on a busy search until the user accepts the appointment.
I may not be explaining all of this perfectly, but I just wanted to find out if there is a setting to change or if this is a typical problem spot for Outlook/Exchange.
We are running Outlook through a remote Citrix connection and all work is done through this Citrix connection. We run Server 2003 as well.
Any suggestions or spots to check (desktop, outlook client, server application, tool to run) are welcomed.
