My computer was set to Automatically get updates for all Office programs and
this update which I am told I only need for multi-lingual purpose keeps
downloading and installing. After which my Outlook fails to open every time.
I thought it might have something to do with having BCM installed. Could this
be the case? I have turned off the auto updates feature and am not happy that
I have had to do this as I may miss other updates that I actually do need.
