Launch access process as Administrator user

Hi All,
I am launching MS Access programatically using Java API. This MS
Access process launced as SYSTEM process but I want the process to be
launced under administrator user. Does any body know How do I achieve
this.

Any kind of help appreciated.

You might want to lookup "Run as" command. i used to use it when the users
on pc didn't have sufficient priv. to execute program as the admin...
