launching Outlook via URL

David

Hi,

I would like to launch Outlook from a URL to access messages and attachments
in a public folder stored on an exchange server. I know what the object
reference is on the exchange server (the massive long sequence of numbers
and letters).

Could anyone tell me what the URL should look like? I guess it would be
something like:

email://outlook/server=???&obj=???

but I am not sure exactly what the format should be.

Many thanks.

David.

I swear there was an www.outlookcode.com, www.slipstick.com or
www.microsoft.com resource on the outlook:// url format, but I'll be darned
if I can find it.
