Launching Outlook

When I launch Microsoft Outlook the following popur error
occurs.

Outlook Today - Microsoft Outlook:OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point
Not Found
The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

How do prevent this error from occuring?
