Launching "standard text" Outlook mail from within Word?

I posted this Q to the Word group, and was advised to post it in an Outlook
group, with a cross-post to a Word vba group..........

I want to set up hyperlinks in a Word doc that will allow users to mail my
department back with various alternative Outlook e-mail texts. Inserting a
hyplerlink in Word to an e-mail address only produces the bank Outlook mail
screen. How do I set up somethng like:-

Click here for option A text?
Click here for option B text?

(We're running Win 2000 Professional, Office 2003.)

Any ideas?

Use different hyperlinks with the various email options set in the
link, eg subject body, subject and so on. Go look at w3c.org :)
