Launching The Drawing Toolbar freezes Word 2008. Suggestions??

I am running the latest version of Word 2008 on a Mac with OS 10.5, on
several computers. Most are functioning as they should. On two
computers, when you go to the view menu, toolbar and select the Drawing
toolbar, the program freezes, (Spinning ball). All the other toolbars
launch as they should.

Any suggestions as to how to correct this problem would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi Ron -

Just to see if the easiest approach will do it go into View> Customize
Toolbars & Menus - Toolbars, click the name of the Drawing Toolbar then
click the Reset button. When you OK out, Quit Word, repair disk permissions,
then launch Word & see if it still happens.

If it does, follow the instructions here for testing Normal.dotm &
