I use a graphic program to design my webpage, then I usually use dreamweaver
to insert some newsfeeds on a layer, ontop of the webpage.
I imported this into FP2000, and the layer is there, but designing a new
webpage, I cannot figure out how to apply a layer ontop of the page?
Anyone know what I am talking about?
