Layers in Frontpag2003

I saw that this question was posted before and no answer was posted. I am
having the same problem. The insert layer button has suddenly dimmed both on
the toolbar and in the insert menu. What happened and how can I fix it? I
have a website utilizing layers and I can edit the current layers but I can't
start a new one.

Check under Tools, Page Options, Authoring and make sure all the boxes are
checked and the drop downs for browsers are set to Custom.
