laying out slides to make a poster

C

Cory Buxton

I need to give a poster session at an academic conference. I've seen
people print out posters composed of multiple power point slides layed
out together. Is there special software needed to do this and/or where
can I find directions for how to do this? Thanks!

Hi

It somewhat depends upon your resources, your skill, and your preferences.

You can use Save As to save your presentation as a series of high quality
pictures.

Then you can use your favorite layout program (Adobe In Design, Quark
Express, or even PowerPoint). Just make sure you have a printer that can
handle the size of your output.
