Layout has changed on screen

There was a computer glich while working on a word doc. When the program restarted, the top and bottom margins no longer display in "Print Layout View". How can I restore the margins? The document prints correctly, but the on screen display does not show the margins
Office XP Pro - Windows XP Pro.

Hi, Barry,

In Tools > Options > View, under "Print and Web Layout options", check the
box for "White space between pages".
