Layout problem & printing

Hi, does anyone know how to print out an image covering the whole page? i.e.
without the footer or hearder or little margins on the right and left
producing white space? I went into page setup and changed everything to 0
but the problem still occurred.

The printer driver will not allow printing to the edge of the page. There
will always be white space around. The answer is to do what commercial
printers do - print to a larger paper size then trim back.
