Are there any layout tools?
I tried searching this newsgroup. If there are any relevant tools mentioned
in this newsgroup then I don't know what keywords to use to find them. I
searched for "layout" plus one of the two "utility" or "tool".
What I mean by layout tool is something that will make it easier to set the
left position and width of fields as well as the separation between fields.
The WYSIWYG editor is a necessity but it would help to also have something
automated too. An example of a very simple tool is Excel; it can help to put
fields into a spreadsheet and work out the layout there. So it is possible
to create a tool that integrates Access and Excel more to make things even
easier.
Is there such a thing like that or similar? I feel like developing something
like that. It is probably not much work but it would likely be a bit more
work than I should spend.
