LDAP 81 error message...can't fix this? Just upgraded office 2003

I just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office standard 2003: I get an error
message LDAP 81 when I try to open my address book...help!

If you don't use an LDAP server, click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change
existing directories or address books>Next. Select the LDAP service and
click Remove. Stop and restart Outlook.
