Ldap box at Outlook 2003 startup

I just installed Outlook 2003 and everytime it starts up
I get a LDAP box that I have to cancel out of. How can I
remove this, the settings all say Null.

To dump it goto:
tools...email accounts
under directory choose "view or change exsisting directories or address books"
Then delete the LDAP...
