LDAP Directory is unavailable (52)

I hope someone could help me. I used to run Outlook 2000 with LDAP Directory
service without any problem. After I upgrade to Outlook 2003, the LDAP
Directory service is not working anymore even I tried to create a new LDAP
Directory service with the same setting in the past; still have no luck. Any
suggestion? Thanks in advance.
