LDAP directory is unavailable (52)

Just installed 25 Outlook users (exchange 2003 and outlook 2003).. on one
system, I get this error when opening outlook.. and the global Address book
is unavailable......

This system was upgraded form outlook 2000. ( outlook 2k was on there but
never used or setup at all) but othere systems were exactly the same...
the client is Windows XP Pro...
??

Did you search the KB for LDAP? There are a few dozen possibilities there,
starting with this one:
