Why does my Outlook 2002 say "Can't contact LDAP Directory
Server (81) when I start Outlook on my home computer?

Probably because you set Outlook to use an LDAP instead of the Outlook
Address Book. Look and see:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books
