LDAP Directory

P

Paul

Every time I log into outlook, I get a popup about an LDAP directory. I have
to quit out of it since I don't know what it is for or how to register for it
like it asks. Any help?

Thanks,

If you have upgraded to Outlook 2003 from a previous version of Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook Express, it imports an LDAP address book for Active
Directory. Most don't need this additional address book provider. Start
Outlook 2003 and dismiss the error. Select Tools | Email Accounts. Select
View/Change address books. Highlight the LDAP address book provider and
remove it.
