Hello,
I have an Entourage user who has both an IMAP account and an Exchange
account configured in their client. They are using the same LDAP server
configured under directory services for both accounts. When sending mail
using the reply-to of the IMAP account, the LDAP server is searched. When
sending mail using the repl-to of the Exchange account, the LDAP server is
not searched. Their configuration is identical to that of a working
IMAP/Exchange user on another computer. Has anyone seen this before? Has
anyone any suggestions?
TIA!

Hi David!

While I would expect your Exchange account to also use the Directory
Services account, maybe it doesn't.

Try plugging the same LDAP settings into your Exchange account's LDAP
server settings and see if that allows you to search.

Hope this helps!
