LDB viewer form

I got the captioned form from The Access Web. When I open it on my Access
2003, there were two repeat error messages saying:-

AppUser
Error: 9
Subscript out of range

Can someone advise me the possible fixes to it.

Depending upon what api you are calling, you may need msldbusr.dll. Also
take a look at this KB article for some changes.
