i need help with this and i just cant get my head round how to start.
I have a program that is used to manage a vehicle repair shop. it manages
the repair flow and our courtesy cars.
I need to be able to calculate 3 things:
1. Booking lead time - our fist available booking date
2. repair cycle time - how long vehicles are onsite with us (from
booking-return date)
3 courtesy care utlisation - how efficintly we are using our courtesy cars
in %
can anyone help me with this???
